👤 Your Profile

How do I update my profile?

Log into your Tagmin profile via the Bizzy Agency website and update the relevant section. Please keep your profile accurate and up to date at all times.


How often should I update my photographs?

Whenever there is a significant change to your appearance, including hair colour, hairstyle, facial hair, glasses, strong suntan or (for artists under 18) changes in height.


Can I update my profile using the Tagmin mobile app?

Some features work perfectly well on mobile devices, but for the best experience we recommend logging into your profile via the Bizzy Agency website using a desktop or laptop.

Some areas of Tagmin, including document uploads, are not fully visible within the mobile app.


🎬 Castings & Submissions

Do I need to apply for castings?

No.

Our bookers submit suitable artists directly to clients on your behalf.


Why haven’t I received an audition yet?

Every artist’s journey is different.

Some artists receive opportunities very quickly, whilst others may wait weeks or even months before receiving their first opportunity.

Opportunities depend entirely on the casting briefs we receive and whether your profile matches the client’s requirements.


Why wasn’t a casting posted in Telegram?

Most castings are submitted directly by our bookers.

Telegram is mainly used for agency announcements, reminders and occasional highly specific casting requests.


Does joining Bizzy Agency guarantee work?

No.

No agency can guarantee auditions, self-tapes or bookings.

Our role is to market and submit suitable artists, but all final casting decisions are made by the client.


Why am I being asked to confirm my availability?

Many clients work to very tight deadlines.

Before submitting or confirming artists, we often need to ensure they are genuinely available for the proposed dates.

Please respond as quickly as possible so we can keep your submission active.


⭐ Spotlight

Do I have to join Spotlight?

No.

Spotlight is optional but highly recommended, as many professional casting opportunities are only available through Spotlight.


Can I join Spotlight later?

Yes.

You can apply at any time during your representation with Bizzy Agency.


Why do you need my Spotlight PIN?

Once your Spotlight profile is approved, we need your PIN to activate Spotlight submissions on your account.


📄 Licence Documents

Why do you need my licence documents before my child has been booked?

Many clients work to extremely short deadlines and often prefer children whose licence documents are already uploaded and ready.

Having everything in place allows us to begin the licence application immediately if your child is selected.


Where do I upload my licence documents?

Log into your Tagmin profile via the Bizzy Agency website using a desktop or laptop.

Go to:

Legal & Financial → DBS

Upload both your completed Child Performance Licence form and your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport.


💷 Payments

When will I be paid?

Once Bizzy Agency has received cleared funds from the client.

In accordance with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations, artists are paid within seven working days of cleared funds being received, although we often process payments sooner.


Why haven’t I been paid yet?

In almost every case, this is because we’re still waiting for payment from the client.
