Whether you’ve just joined Bizzy Agency or you’re returning here to check something, this guide will help you get everything set up correctly.
Completing your profile thoroughly is one of the most important things you can do. A complete and up-to-date profile gives our bookers and casting directors the best possible information when considering you for work.
Step 1 – Activate Your Account
Once you’ve accepted your place with Bizzy Agency, you’ll receive an activation email from our agency system.
Follow the link in that email to activate your account and create your password.
If you haven’t received your activation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting Support.
Step 2 – Log In
Once your account has been activated, log into your artist profile and familiarise yourself with the different sections.
You’ll be able to update your information whenever anything changes, so it’s worth taking a few minutes to look around.
Step 3 – Complete Your Profile
Before we can begin submitting you for work, your profile should be completed as fully as possible.
This includes:
- Current photographs
- Measurements
- Skills
- Accents
- Training
- Previous professional experience (if applicable)
- Video links
- Availability
- Contact information
A detailed profile gives casting directors a much better understanding of what you can offer.
Step 4 – Read the Information Pack
Our Information Pack contains important guidance about how the agency works, our submission process, self-tapes, licensing, payments and much more.
We strongly recommend reading it carefully, even if you’ve been represented by another agency before.

Step 5 – Join the Telegram Community
Our Telegram groups are used to share important agency updates, reminders and occasional highly specific casting requests.
Please join the appropriate group using the link below.
Please remember that most casting opportunities are not posted in Telegram. The majority of submissions are made directly by our bookers through our casting systems.
Step 6 – Licence Documents (Children Only)
If the artist is under school leaving age, please upload any required licence documentation as soon as possible.

Step 7 – Consider Joining Spotlight
Spotlight membership is optional but highly recommended.
Many professional casting opportunities are available exclusively through Spotlight.
You can find everything you need to know, including our invitation link and application guidance, in the Spotlight section of the Bizzy Hub.
Step 8 – Keep Your Profile Up to Date
Your profile should always reflect how you look today.
Please update your profile whenever there are changes to:
- Hair colour or hairstyle
- Height
- Clothing sizes
- Measurements
- New skills
- New qualifications
- Recent professional work
- Contact details
- Availability
An up-to-date profile gives you the best possible chance of being submitted for suitable opportunities.
