Payments

Once your booking has been completed, Bizzy Agency manages the invoicing and payment process on your behalf.

The information below explains how payments are processed.


How Does the Payment Process Work?

Once you have completed your booking:

  1. Bizzy Agency invoices the client.
  2. The client pays Bizzy Agency.
  3. We deduct the agreed agency commission, as set out in your Artist Terms.
  4. The remaining balance is paid directly to you.

When Will I Be Paid?

Payment can only be made once Bizzy Agency has received cleared funds from the client.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay artists before the client has paid us.

Payment times vary from client to client. Some clients pay quickly, whilst others have longer payment terms.

In accordance with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations, agencies are required to pay artists within seven working days of receiving cleared funds.

In practice, we often process payments sooner wherever possible.


Commission

Commission rates vary depending on the type of work undertaken.

Your commission rates are detailed in your Artist Terms, which were provided when you accepted representation.

If you are unsure which commission applies to a particular booking, please contact Support.


Travel & Additional Expenses

Some bookings include travel, accommodation or other expenses, whilst others do not.

Any agreed expenses will always be confirmed before you accept a booking.

Please do not assume expenses are included unless they have been confirmed by the client or Bizzy Agency.
