This page is for both new and existing Bizzy Agency artists who would like their profile reviewed by our Support Team.

NEW ARTISTS

If you have recently joined Bizzy Agency and are setting up your profile for the first time, please use the checklist below to make sure you have completed all applicable sections before requesting your profile check.

The checklist is designed to help you identify anything you may have missed before our team reviews the profile.

EXISTING ARTISTS

If you are already established with Bizzy Agency and would simply like us to review your profile to make sure everything is up to date, complete and presented as well as possible, you do not need to re-do information or documents that are already correctly showing on your profile.

Please simply check that the items below are still present, correct and current before submitting your request.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

If you are completing your profile for the first time, or discover something on the checklist that you have not yet done, please refer to the Bizzy Hub and Info Pack for step-by-step instructions.

If you do not understand any of the checklist items, please refer back to the guidance before submitting your request.

IMPORTANT

By ticking the items below, you are confirming that you have personally checked your profile and believe the information is present, correct and up to date.

Please do not simply tick each box in order to submit the form.

Once submitted, the Bizzy Agency Support Team will review your profile. We will either confirm that everything is in order or let you know if we find anything that requires your attention.
